Psychological thriller

I was delighted to join the blog tour for Amanda Rigby's new psychological thriller, I Will Find You, which is set across three very different locations - Kew, Brixton and Herne Bay - and centres on the lives of three equally different sisters - Ashleigh, Jessica and Grace. I did find the early pages setting up the characters and the storyline to be a little too repetitive for my tastes, reinforcing information that had already been made clear, however once I Will Find You got going it was a compelling novel which I really did not want to set aside for a moment.

I loved seeing events from each of the sisters' viewpoints, and that we got to spend a significant length of time with each sister in turn so I was never befuddled by too-frequent switching. Ashleigh and Jessica are particularly well-defined characters, Grace perhaps a little less so. …

I could easily understand and empathise with their actions and motivations, whether or not I actually agreed with their choices, which made the whole premise of this thriller plausible enough to keep me believing in it. Congratulations to the authors on their prize-winning novel and I am keenly awaiting their next thrilling tale!
